Why a studio instead of hiring in-house?
For a one-off rebuild or redesign, you don't need a permanent team — and hiring one means months of recruiting and salaries you carry long after the work is done. We give you senior engineers and AI for exactly the project, at a fixed price, then hand it over. You keep the result, not the payroll.
How does payment work?
The first call is free. If we do an audit, it's a fixed fee paid upfront — credited back if you go ahead with the rebuild, and if it doesn't end in a plan you can act on, we rework it until it does or you don't pay. For the build itself, we start with a deposit (typically half) and you pay the rest on delivery; larger projects are split across milestones. Everything is agreed in writing before any work begins.
Is AI-written code safe for production?
Only when a human owns it. Every change we ship is read, tested, and signed off by a senior engineer. AI does the volume; a person is accountable for the result. That's the whole point of how we work.
Do we have to rebuild the whole app at once?
No. We can rebuild it feature by feature, or simply add new features to your existing app. Plenty of teams start with one piece, see how it goes, and expand from there.
How can you charge a fixed price for a rebuild?
We can't sight-unseen — and we won't pretend to. The short audit is what makes the scope clear. Once we've looked inside your codebase, we set one fixed price for the whole job, so nothing changes on you mid-project.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do, fully. All code and intellectual property transfer to you on handover. No lock-in, no dependency on us.
What happens after we launch?
Every build includes a free 30-day warranty — if something we shipped breaks, we fix it at no charge. Beyond that, new features and changes are quoted separately, or you can keep us on Remaster Care, a monthly plan that covers monitoring, updates, small features, and yearly app-store compliance. Either way it's agreed up front, and you're never locked in.
What if you deliver late?
Then it costs us, not you: if we're more than a week past the agreed date, 10% comes off the price, and it keeps climbing for every week after. We can offer this because the plan is agreed before we start and AI removes most of the schedule risk — and because we think the people asking for your money should be the ones carrying the deadline.
What exactly is the Pilot Rebuild?

Within a week, we hand you that piece rebuilt on a modern stack, live at a URL you can click and share.
